Returns for Products sold on Guard Dawg’s Store Page

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized items, or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Guard Dawg Solutions or submit a return request through our website’s Contact page.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Cancellations

  • Physical Products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, if they haven’t shipped.

Policy for Products sold via Associate/Affiliate links on Amazon or Affiliate stores

We do not accept returns, do exchanges or provide refunds for any products purchased on Amazon or Affiliate stores. Please coordinate directly with Amazon or the Affiliate store to coordinate a return, exchange or refund.
